In practice since 2004, is an innovative stress reduction therapist, hypnotherapist, and Counsellor. Christian Davies-Trigg offers a natural approach for healthier living for greater relaxation, mental awareness and inner peace. Christian is a Qualified Practitioner and successful graduate of the Hypnotherapy Diploma program at the International Institute of Clinical Hypnosis.

He has gained numerous qualifications in Counselling which include:

• Introduction to Counselling (Leicester university)

• AQA Intermediate Certificate in Counselling (Coleg Gwent)

• Post Graduate Certificate in Counselling (University of Wales)

• Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling (University of Wales)

• Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (International Institute for Clinical Hypnotherapy)

• Training in Brief Solution Focused Therapy

Christian is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work to their code of ethics. 

Currently, Christian is undertaking a Masters Degree in Counselling Research at the University of Wales Newport. He has a private practice in Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Stress Reduction, and has a placement as an associate counsellor at Cardiff University staff counselling service.
