When Hypnotised you
are simply in a state of deep relaxation but you are fully
awake. It’s very similar to what you experience when you first
become aware of waking after a restful nights sleep. It’s a
feeling of being deeply relaxed but fully aware of what’s going
on around you in the room. During the hypnotic session, YOU have
full control and power over your own mind and can stop the
process at any time. Hypnosis has been used effectively by
